A Legacy Built One Roof at a Time
From a family business with East Texas roots to one of North Texas’s trusted roofing contractors, here is how All Pro Roofing got here.
All Pro Roofing Is Founded
Richard Grogan starts the company on the values he learned growing up in his family’s East Texas grocery store: hard work, honesty and service you can count on.
Michelle Joins the Family Business
Richard’s daughter Michelle joins the company early, working in the office at just 15 and learning the business from the ground up.
Michelle & Greg Take the Lead
Michelle and her husband Greg step into leadership, growing the business while staying true to the values it was founded on.
Lars Ahlgrim Purchases All Pro Roofing
Greg and Michelle pass the torch to longtime friend of the family and roofing professional Lars Ahlgrim, who brings more than two decades of experience working alongside them.
Same Values, Growing Team
Under Lars’s leadership, our team of experienced project managers and crews serves homeowners and businesses across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston.
Carrying the Family Tradition Forward
In 2021, Lars Ahlgrim purchased All Pro Roofing from Greg and Michelle. A longtime friend of the family with more than two decades of roofing experience alongside them, Lars carries on the same commitment to craftsmanship, honesty and customer care that built the company’s reputation.
Today he leads the team that serves homeowners and businesses across North Texas, making sure every customer gets a free, honest inspection and work that is guaranteed in writing.
