All Pro Roofing was founded by Richard Grogan in 1991, built on the values he learned growing up in his family’s East Texas grocery store: hard work, honesty, and service you can count on. With over 35 years in construction, Richard set out to create a roofing company that put quality and integrity first.

His daughter Michelle joined the company early, working in the office at just 15. Years later, she and her husband Greg stepped into leadership, continuing the family tradition and growing the business while staying true to its roots.

In 2021, Greg and Michelle passed the torch to longtime friend and roofing professional Lars Ahlgrim. With more than two decades of experience working alongside the family, Lars shares their commitment to craftsmanship and customer care.
