“We are proud to be a family business, and I’m proud to be in this family.”- Greg, salesall-pro-roofing-1

Richard Grogan, the founder of All Pro Roofing, learned his business sense and integrity from his dad in their East Texas small town grocery store. The training began at age ten when Richard and his brother started mowing lawns for some pocket change. His dad sold the boys two lawn mowers on credit, and each month they would make a payment.

After his days with dad, Richard partnered with his older brother to begin building houses. This started his over 25 years in the construction industry.

And now, Richard has his own family business based on the values passed from his father to him and now to his children: honesty, integrity, and service.

Getting to work with my family.

3) What’s something someone would be surprised to learn about you?

If I could, I would up and move to New York City in a heartbeat!

1) What’s your favorite thing about your job?

I like dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s, the organizational side of business.

2) What is your proudest moment at All Pro?

When a customer is happy and thankful for the work we provided them and when all the numbers add up.

3) What’s something surprising about you?

Satisfying customers by doing a good job for a good price. My goal is to be the last roofer you will ever need.

I once did a repair on a roof when the woman of the house came out to ask me what I was doing. It was the wrong house, so I told her she had a free repair!

I can sew and cook almost as good as my mother.
